Chanakya was an Indian Philosopher, royal advisor to King Chandra Gupta Maurya of Magadh state (an ideal king of those times), Professor of economics & political science at Takshila university. Known for his intellect, creativity, originality, thinking prowess, learning, statesmanship, mastery over planning & diplomacy.
“Arthshastra” written by K Chanakya is a treatise on statecraft & earliest document to guide rulers on good governance, finance & other aspects related to leadership & management of the state. Principles enunciated & seven pillars construct enumerated above are as applicable today as were in medieval India.
